Lately I have been trying to get a better handle on what my family eats and drink. This is something I have wanted to do for a while but I was not sure exactly where to start so I have been taking baby steps. Luckily my kids are learning more and more about being healthy so they are willing to try new things.

This week we had the pleasure of trying Sensible Sippers from R.W. Knudsen. Sensible Sippers are made with organic fruit. They are 50% organic juice and 50% water. I like the idea that Sensible Sippers have no added sugar, artificial flavors or preservatives, and are certified organic in accordance with the USDA's National Organic Program. I have to say I honestly was not sure if my kids would like juice made with no sugar added. For years they have been drinking juices that were not necessarily healthy.

We were able to try Fruit Punch, Banana, Apple and Mixed Berry. I love bananas so of course I went straight for the Banana juice. I can't give a honest review without trying it for myself. It was really good. I am not a big juice drinker but I could see myself drinking more of the banana juice.

Each of my kids tried the Sensible Sippers and like how they tasted. Nannah said it tasted very fruity to her. She was trying to say she could taste the fruit. Kayla and TJ agreed with her. Jazz did not really like the banana but she is more of a apple juice person. Sensible Sippers do not taste the same as regular juices. It does taste different but in a good way. You can taste the actual fruit not sugar. Kayla loved that The Berenstain Bears are on the box. The Berenstain Bears are big in our home. I have read all the stories to my kids and we watch their shows.
